What I do

Over the past 30 years I have conducted various types of investigation in government sectors, department of defence, department of foreign affairs, corporate and insurance sector in Australia and overseas applying my knowledge, expertise, academic research and training in investigative intelligence and investigative-interviewing techniques. As Managing Director/Founder of Insight Intelligence I act as an architect and designer of solutions in corporate investigations, human intelligence and surveillance techniques in government and corporate sector.

How it works

Storytelling is the most powerful medium to make an impact on the world. The reason a story is created is to become a shared experience. This is what makes sharing as important to storytelling as the experience itself. Once a story is shared, it becomes part of all of us. Through the ‘Life The Battlefield’ global podcasts, Inspirational Keynote Speaking, Executive Mentoring/Author mentoring I act as a catalyst to partner those ready to navigate the divide between uncertainty and certainty, survival and thrival, to move from ‘Victim to Victor’.

Why it works

In my 3 decade tenure as a Human Intelligence, Investigations, Interrogation Expert I have both experienced and witnessed some of the most life transcending experiences a human could ever conceive. It provides unique insight into human behaviour at a level few have any comprehension of. Three fundamental elements hinder a human from truly thriving in the face of adversity: Their environment, external influences (2) Their conditioning and (3) Their beliefs. As a human behaviour expert I facilitate conversations to educate and inform those I have the privilege to work with to understand why we do the things we do and elicit solutions and techniques to change behaviour that no longer serves.

In 3 decades of interrogating, researching, training, interviewing, psychological profiling, conducting surveillance, competitive workplace intelligence, risk management, close personal protection, strategizing, investigating crime, industrial espionage, informants, whistle blowers, fraud, theft, worked in the diplomatic core, survived a war, communism, served in the military, you become beyond masterful in human intelligence. It is these direct skills that enable me to educate, inspire and inform those ready to live life beyond the battlefield and make a difference that truly matters!
